Master Touch did a wonderful job tiling our entire home inside and outside (lanai & terrace). Their attention to detail, professionalism, and workmanship went above and beyond our expectations. When looking for a company to remodel our master bathroom, I consulted our condo property manager on whom they would recommend. She handed me the Master Touch business card and stated that “they were the only company she would let in her home” to perform this type of work. Having done remodels in previous homes, I was still skeptical. However, after meeting Chris, Ron and Shelbi to review how they conduct a project, I felt at ease with their overall project management approach. Excellent customer service!!! Very focused on customer satisfaction! I can’t count the number of calls and visits we received during our remodeling process, just to maintain communication and customer satisfaction. Staff were ALL both professional and personable and a pleasure to work with. The shower upgrade is fantastic! Everything was done carefully and to perfection!
